Republicans to end postal service

As we know it. How Republicans Crippled the United States Postal Service ... close post offices, reduce facility hours, eliminate overtime pay to USPS employees and increase the volume of undelivered mail.

Driven by Democrats worried about mail-in voting being jeopardized this November, members returned to the U.S. Capitol amid summer recess to vote on the legislation.
